Jingyue Green Pine Tower is located on the Guantan Mountain of Jingyuetan National Forest Park in Changchun. It was built in July 1999 and finished in June 2000. The tower is designed by Professor Qikang, the dean of Department of Architecture Design, Central South University. The tower is of 50.2 meters high, which has a frame structure of 11 floors. The sculpt is novelty and unique, the corridor and the eaves are irregular. The shoring is like a pine, which its momentum is lofty, its style and sculpt are novelty and special.
