Skiing is a bodily sport characterized by its speed and agility. People must do warm-up exercises whether they are beginners or skillful. It cannot be ignored. The common warming-up exercises contains free-standing exercise and marching exercise section 6-8, and other exercises including flexing leg muscles, bending down, bending and stretching, press-up and jumping. It will help to develop one's muscles and ligaments, enhance one's strength, speed, agility, flexibility and balance force.

- Be familiar with the skiing spot and practice repeatedly to be accustomed to it
- Watch out for changes of the weather. Don't ski with low visibility of 20 meters in wind or snow. Do not ski below 30 ℃ .
